HMP Norwich apologises for breaching Data Protection to protect Common Purpose

First evidence of CP colluding with public authorities and coercing them to breach the Data Protection Act by unlawfully releasing to CP details of people making Freedom of Information requests. Common Purpose is deceitfully claiming that people are vexatious when asking public authorities how much they are spending on CP, and that their actions are supposedly "harassing" CP. In fact all the public wish to find out, is how much of their money public authorities are spending on Common Purpose.

Why are the authorities prepared to break the law to hide their expenditure on CP, and their relationship with this organisation?
